JOB TITLE:        Robotic Process Automation Delivery Manager                    

DEPARTMENT:     Center of Excellence

REPORTS TO:    VP, Integration Projects  

Summary:    


The RPA Delivery Manager will be responsible for working with business units in identifying opportunities for automation, implementation of automation projects, and analytics of those process improvements.  This individual will lead both internal developers as well as external partner developers in creating and optimizing secure high quality workflow processes, testing solutions, and rolling changes into production. This position is expected to be experienced in technologies including UiPath and its interaction with SAP and office productivity applications like Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities:

    
    Design high value automation processes, activities, and tasks through RPA and enhanced workflow automation platforms.
    Lead developers in their efforts to automate and test processes ensuring proper implementation and integration.
    Plan and lead deployment of RPA platform components, including bots, orchestrators, development tools, and systems integrations, to meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and performance.
    Maintain knowledge both personally as well as with team members of OCR/ICR, functional libraries, and other tools and methods to accelerate development.
    Design and develop strategies and recommendations for UiPath-enabled solutions including key aspects of architecture, migration, and security.
    Set requirements for process and end-user documentation.
    Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).
    Build relationships with business operations, business analysts, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.
    Build relationships with stakeholders to capture business requirements and lead efforts to translate them into process definition documents and solution design documents that can be implemented.
    Lead efforts on deployments and troubleshooting production issues outside of work hours if needed.
    Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:


    Bachelor's degree in IT related fields like Computer Science or Information Science preferred.
    2+ years' hands-on experience with process automation.
    2+ years' experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net.
    Experience leading/mentoring team members and working with external partners and business units.
    Able to design process definition and solution design documents for RPA projects.
    Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
    Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
    Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
    Experience building automations using SAP is a huge plus
    UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred.
