Service Desk Analyst Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires Service Desk Analysts to be based in their client's office in Paddington, London. This is a Hybrid role with 1-2 days based in the office per week. This is a 6-Month temporary contract to start ASAP Day rate: Competitative Market rate We are looking for Service Desk Analysts who have experience working within Retail / Merchandise industry Job Purpose Responsible for handling customer calls and emails. Responsible for maintaining and managing the Incident SLAs agreed with the Client. Responsible to communicate and liaise with various vendors to resolve incidents. Error free ticket handling and security process to be followed without any deviations. Key Responsibilities/ Requirements Must Have: 2-5 years relevant experience Excellent communication skills Ability to handle calls with excellent customer handling skills Quick learner of the process and adhere to all process compliance Flexibility of working in 24 x7 rotational shifts, night shift and weekends Proficient in email writing skills Ability work under pressure and handling multiple calls / multitasking Ability to learn and troubleshoot issues technically Good team player Exposure to Retail / Merchandise industry Good to Have: Technical expertise and L1 troubleshooting of Laptop and Desktops Knowledge of ITIL Lifecycle to handle incidents Worked on a standard ITSM tool such as Remedy or Service Now will be an added advantage
