About the role: GovData are recruiting a professional Senior Bid Reviewer with a background in HR and Recruitment to manage tender submissions in partnership with our customers. You may have previous background working in the Recruitment Industry with a detailed knowledge of: How recruitment with the private and public Health Sector works and Have an understanding of the different job profiles and banding applicable to the Health Sector How recruitment with the private and public sector works over different industries Have and understanding of what is required by the End User from a recruitment organisation The different training requirements that are required by an end user, How different training methods are implemented and rolled out Have an understanding of how training requirements are managed Key responsibilities will include: Functioning as the leader of Bid Submissions in the Pillar Bid Team in liaison with the Pillar Bid Manager Acting as the Industry Specific Specialist within the pillar providing knowledge, advice, and guidance to all members of the Bid Team Reviewing the work produced by the Pillar Bid Reviewers and Bid Support Professionals to ensure that all content achieves 100% success Acting as the Third Point of review within the Bid Function Being accountable for the results of all Bid Submissions Drafting and Creating Feedback within 48 Hours of Receipt of a Bid from a Customer Intelligence Gathering in our Pre-Live Engagement with our Customers to ensure that the Bid Function has all the required information to produce a consistent, clear, and structured delivery of a Product to our Customers Maintaining the Bid Repository and Knowledgebase to ensure that our Bid Function is well informed and up to date with the latest procurement news, government standards, and accreditations Creating advice and guidance documents for customers Liaising with Account Executives within the Delivery Function to relay feedback to Customers Producing advice and guidance to our customers on tender documents, procurement law, and on specific products which the Bid Function will work on. Collating feedback from all stages of review to assist in the formulation of Quality Reports on Customer Bid Submissions Working with a bid team Providing expert insight for the Product Launch process to identify relevant companies Managing the creation of documents for Customers to complete to assist in the Bid Submission Process Managing your own personal development plan and developing your industry-specific knowledge Skills, experience and qualifications: You will have a minimum 10 years experience in a Bids and Proposals Management or a similar role within a Bid Function You will have previous experience of submitting, contributing to, and writing tender responses. You will have a solid understanding of Government, NHS Standards and NICE Standards Detailed knowledge of procurement compliance requirements An understanding of recruitment procurement and experience with RFP s, RFQ s, and ITT s An understanding of KPI s and SLA s relevant to recruitment Excellent analytical skills Ability to multitask and prioritise workload Excellent and professional communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office CIPD and CIMA qualifications are desirable How to apply for the role: If you have the skills and experience required for this position, click apply today and check your inbox for an email providing more information on how to tailor your application and provide a cover letter or any supporting documents.
