Since our inception, 3 years ago, we have grown from a standing start to a multi-million-pound business and now we're doubling our headcount. We pride ourselves on the excellent service we provide our customers and we're looking for like-minded sales executives to join our team. We're really not fussy about where your sales experience has come from, it could be as a service or from a physical product. You could be selling financial services, leasing, insurance or machine / equipment hire services. Equally, you could be selling in automotive sales, estate agency, manufacturing equipment, building supplies, construction, recruitment or IT & technology. You'll build and manage your own portfolio of clients, calling them regularly to support them through the process of securing the best possible finance solution for their unique situation. To do this you'll need to have: Resilience - in this role you're going to be making a lot of cold calls, so you'll need to be strong minded to pick up the phone and start again. Perseverance - great client relationships don't happen overnight, they take time so you'll need to keep going for as long as it takes. Integrity - we pride ourselves on doing the right thing by our clients. Cowboys need not apply! You ll get all training you need we re FCA regulated so everything we do is done properly and you don t need previous financial sales experience.
