This company is about to take off on an adventure of growth through transcending their Apprenticeship and training offering, so they need the right person to help run the rocket ship whilst having a load of fun along the way! This role is responsible for recruiting apprentices from various sources including schools, careers fairs and job boards. The role also includes administration, the sourcing and registering of apprentices including interviewing and coaching throughout the end to end process of a candidate's placement onto an IT Apprenticeship. Key Responsibilities ? Resourcing candidates from various sources including job boards and the company website. ? Identifying skills and matching them appropriately with current client vacancies. ? Conducting telephone screenings to determine the suitability for the roles. ? Interviewing apprentices face to face and briefing them about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question. ? Organising interviews for the candidates as requested by the client. ? Offering support and guidance to learners during their application process. ? Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates and coaching them through how to improve ? Offering successful candidates, the position and informing the relevant client engagement consultant with their confirmation. PERSON PROFILE Knowledge/Experience ? Significant experience working in a fast-paced environment ? Proven experience in a customer facing role ? Significant experience communicating via a range of methods ? Some telephone experience (Desirable) ? Experience working in recruitment (Desirable) ? Some knowledge of the apprenticeship sector (Desirable) Skills/Qualifications ? Excellent organisational skills. ? Excellent communication skills. ? Strong problem-solving skills. ? Strong self-management skills. ? Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance qualification. Behaviours/Competencies ? Ability to work well as part of a team. ? Willingness to learn and develop new skills. ? Ability to use own initiative to complete tasks. ? Ability to learn quickly ? Can demonstrate that they are a team player ? Can demonstrate confidence when talking over the phone/face to face etc. Other Requirements ? Due to the nature of this role all successful applicants will be required to undergo an Enhanced Criminal Record Check and provide satisfactory references
