- Producing and maintaining data harvesting tools in Python
- Creating dynamic software applications for the company's clients
- Maintaining existing infrastructure and services
- Developing prototype products
- Supporting and helping junior developers where required
- Taking the creative lead on new products, projects, and feature
What you will need to Apply:For this role, applicants should hold a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant area, and have demonstrable professional working experience within Python development in a similar role. You should have proficiency with database tools such as ElasticSearch & SQL and also knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes or equivalent CI/CD tools. Additionally, you should have experience in working with Linux and understand the software development process. You should have a logical approach to work, have a keen eye for detail and work fantastically within a team environment.What you will get in Return:The successful candidate for this role will be entitled to a salary that could be in the region of £70,000 depending on previous relevant experience and knowledge. This will also accompany a good package that includes 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, a market rate pension contribution and also a discretionary company bonus for each employee.
