Power2 support young people to get the most out of their education by helping them to improve their mental health and wellbeing and develop their skills. They are now recruiting for a Programme Lead, to based in a set number of schools across London. As Programme Lead, you will work as part of a team in London-based secondary schools to support young people, their families, and school staff to ensure that at-risk pupils make the most of their education and improve their life chances. You will work to empower young people to develop self-esteem, become more resilient and engage with school and their own future. Your work will include 1:1 support and delivery of Power2's core programmes, including Teens and Toddlers and Power2 Progress. To apply for this role, you must have previous experience of supporting children or young people, ideally within a school context. You will be a skilled communicator, with the ability to organise, prioritise and plan workload and programmes ahead of time.
