Our client, based in Inverness is seeking a PA to work within their busy accountancy practice, undertaking a full-on PA role with administration duties. This role will suit someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. Main Duties:" Providing PA secretarial support to fee earners" Arranging travel and accommodation " Arrange internal meetings, co-ordinate and manage diaries, travel and itineraries arising from travel, client and staff entertainment, keeping up-to-date records on file " Upkeep of spreadsheets and data management on Excel " Typing of proposal reports, audio and copy " Taking minutes at board and team meetings " Answering telephones and liaising with clients " Audio typing, copy typing of general communication and reports " Upkeep of database " Liaise with clients and occasionally attend meetings " Undertake ad-hoc work as required Person Specification:" Highly literate and numerate " Excellent attention to detail " Accurate typing skills " Excellent organisational skills with ability to organise own time and prioritise workload often within tight timescales whilst still maintaining a high attention to detail " Competent in using Microsoft Office suite i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook " Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written with the ability to liaise at all levels " Confident but calm under pressure " Good analytical skills and confident with managing data in excel " Ability to adapt and get involved in a variety of tasks and support functions Next Steps: If you are interested in this fantastic opportunity then please send your CV
