Element Recruitment are working with a global professional services firm, based in central Bristol. Who are looking for an Office Assistant to join their team.
They are looking for a highly adaptable and eager individual to become an integral part of the team and support the immediate business and deliver excellent customer service.
Salary expectation: £20,000 - £22,000.
Location: Central Bristol, fully office based.
Job type: Full Time, Permanent.
What you will need to do:
Your daily tasks of being an Office Assistant, will require you to meet and greet all visitors and colleagues.
You will also need to monitor the switch board, providing a positive experience for those calling in and the colleagues they are calling. This includes but is not limited to information gathering, routing calls to the correct colleague, answering queries, and fielding sales calls.
You will also be required to maintain appropriate stationery and office supplies for the Bristol office and coordinate printed material.
Co-ordinate the booking and use of meeting rooms, ensuring that meeting requirements are documented to include AV, food, and beverage needs along with any special requests.
What we need from you:
You need to be adaptive, move from task to task and back again whilst managing their workload appropriately.
Great communication skills, patience, attention to detail and the ability to stay calm in their busier moments are essential.
Ideally have experience working in a receptionist services organisation, for a hotel or within the motor trade.
You will need great attitude towards customer service, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to bringing your best to the position.
