You will work as part of a small team and carry out planned maintenance to process equipment, conduct breakdown repairs and be involved in some installation work. This is a varied role and you will maintain mills, pumps, conveyors, bagging equipment and other process plant. You will be supported by an experienced manager and following your induction and training be given autonomy and be expected to fault find and solve problems in clean and modern workshops.

This is a permanent position, on a regular day shift, 7.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday. There is the opportunity for overtime with enhanced rates at weekends.
In return we ask for
You are an experienced mechanical engineer with a mechanical engineering apprenticeship or equivalent Level 3 qualification. In your apprenticeship or career to date you have had exposure to welding and ideally broader electrical engineering, pneumatics and hydraulics experience. As this is a wide ranging role we are looking for a flexible approach and someone who enjoys learning new skills. To drive our Land Rovers and vans around the sites you will need a driving licence and ideally additional Fork-lift and cherry-picker licences, though training is available.
