Learning Disabilities Deputy Manager required for a small, beautiful Residential Care Home based in Hindhead - £27500 per annum

  • Our client requires a professional, mature and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join their fantastic team

Requirements of the Deputy Manager Learning Disabilities role

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or above
  • Currently a Deputy Manager or Team Leader
  • Experience of Learning Disabilities, Physical Disibilities or Complex Needs would be desirable
  • Ability to manage shifts and support and mentor staff is important
  • Positive attitude with a can do attitude
  • Ability to administer medication
  • Ability to write and update care plans
  • Able to work flexible hours and be imaginative, self-reliant and practical
