Highly respected company based in Camborne are looking to recruit a permanent HR Advisor. Role This is a HR Advisor role with a definite 'recruitment' influence The ideal candidate will have excellent teamwork and communication skills, be highly organised, flexible in supporting the team and will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of recruitment for the company . Role objectives: Administering the recruitment process ensuring all the policies and procedures are adhered to Ensure appropriate Job Descriptions & Role Profiles are in line with roles Draft offer letters, contract variation letters and organise contracts as required Review the central Single Central Records in line with current guidance Support induction programmes for all staff Monitor probationary periods for support staff and ensure that probationary reviews are carried out at the correct time Advertising vacancies internally and external Administering vacancies and candidate communication Candidate management - including arranging interviews, conducting telephone interviews and all associated administration Coordinating recruitment campaigns Supporting with the management of external job boards and CV databases Providing support with recruitment fairs, open days and other recruitment events Keep ownership of the HR and recruitment inboxes responding to queries and emails in a timely manner Update the Company Vacancy area of the website to ensure accurate information and reporting of data Attend on-line/in person interviews as note taker to Head of HR and other stakeholders when required Ensure all references are obtained and compliant with Safer Recruitment for new starters and recorded on the SCR Processing all reference requests for past employees, ensuring compliance with trust policies and employment records Human Resources Administration Provide accurate and timely advice to hiring managers Help administer the exit interview process when required Provide reports and timely management information including statistics as and when required Help administer staff health & wellbeing initiatives Help maintain HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance re Data Protection at all times Ensure employee files are created and maintained within company bespoke software, in keeping with guidance relating to this including GDPR Custodian of Sickness & Absence management in line with Company policy, ensuring meetings and records of such are compliant Conduct grievances, appeals, disciplinaries, investigations, and other employee-related matters and associated meetings
