HR Project Lead Location: Remote with occasional travel Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 About: Are you an experienced, motivated and people focused HR Project Lead with a track record in delivering training programmes? We provide critical and time-bound services to the Ministry of Justice and are looking for facilities and site management professionals that can make a difference to the sites and the people we are responsible for. We're four years young and growing in the provision of our on site solutions to the prison service and want applicants with: Proven experience in managing projects which are in urgent need of recovery Depth of knowledge in a number of areas relating to L&D, HR or relevant line management experience Project management qualification or experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong ability to influence Ability to matrix manage project teams Self-motivated, highly organised with the ability to react quickly to changing circumstances Excellent analytical skills and the ability to produce high quality work within challenging time constraints The ability to develop effective relationships and work with colleagues at all levels across the Organisation Think critically through their work and continuously strive to gain a deeper understanding of subject matter Understanding of Oracle or other ERP system Strong presentation skills and the ability to present information and data in a clear visual form If you're ready for your new challenge, quick to learn, enthusiastic and willing to share your skills and experience and contribute, we want to hear from you.
