Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a growing legal firm on their recruitment of an HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
We are looking for a full HR Generalist with excellent knowledge of Employee Relations, some payroll knowledge and a good understanding of the recruitment process.
Joining a team of 7, you will report directly to the HR Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager and Senior HR Advisors to provide first class HR delivery. Ideally you will come with agood knowledge of Employee Relations, and an understanding of the recruitment process, with some knowledge of payroll and general HR Administration.
You will have/need:-
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Around 4-5 years with HR
- Experience of HRIS
- Good knowledge of Employee Relations
- Sound knowledge of the recruitment process
- An understanding of payroll
- CIPD Qualified
This role offers hybrid working of 2 days office 2 from home and is based in the heart of Gatwick.
The salary on offer is between £30,000 - £35,000 +a number of generous benefits and career development in the professional services industry
