My client has an exciting contact role available - immediate start!! They are looking for a strong Administrator to work alongside their HR department during a busy TUPE period. The role will have Hybrid working when you aren't needed on site to aid the HR team, they're looking to bring somebody in as soon as possible.You Must have a full Driving licence and be prepared to travel - Locations: Wolverhampton, Stoke, Birmingham + Dudley (your fuel will be reimbursed)Salary - £24,000

Job Type - Contract (month's Minimum)Responsibilities will include:

Provide adequate day to day advice to Line Managers and Employees on general HR related queries, requests and Policies and Procedures, escalating more complex issues to the HRConsultancy team as required. Provide a range of administrative support functions to the HR team, for example prepare offer letters, contracts of employment and variance letters, accommodation letters, etc Support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating recruitment, processes and relevant documents. Maintain accurate filing systems for all records generated in the HR department. Where required, drafting and placing support job adverts for recruitment, sourcing job descriptions and coordinating with shortlisting and interviews. Preparing and submitting reports with employee data to make sure that all staff members meet requirements Arranging, conducting and supporting Inductions for new employees Collecting and maintaining attendance records for payroll and for policy requirements Updating and maintaining employee records Verifying information from new and potential employees including all required on boardingchecks such as right to work, DBS checks etc. Preparing correspondence for employee relation issues Keeping confidential personal information about employee's records Following shortlisting, invite successful candidates to interview and notify those not shortlisted. Alongside others in the team, ensure the HR system accurately reflects current staff conditions and details. This includes contractual amendments, change of details, annual leave and Provide appropriate reports from the HR system for the purpose of auditing and monitoringemployee data and training.
