You will join this start-up as one of the early employees, having a key part to play in the company's growth, offering you a genuine start-up experience. As an Associate Consultant, you'll focus on client relationships, helping companies attract and retain emerging talent into their teams.

Researching and resourcing for candidates.
Managing candidates in your pipeline.
Screening and video interviewing candidates.
Updating the internal CRM systems.
Set up new client instructions on both internal and external systems.
Working closely with the Head of Talent Resourcing to take on in-depth searches for roles and be a liaison between Office Collective and the candidates.
