This is a senior level opportunity for an experienced and personable Financial Advisor to join a leading UK IFA Practice in their Leeds office (Hybrid working).

They are an entrepreneurial firm with an international reach who have put in place strategic growth plans across their Advisory team. The practice are using their already established brand, to offer industry leading advice; this approach has allowed them to already onboard enthusiastic individuals from City, Top UK & Regional IFA backgrounds and this success is set to continue.

The firm tend to develop their own organically through Graduate and Progression schemes however, a number of positions have been created due to a significant increase in work, offering the right individual a platform for further growth and development.

The Practice

The Role

They are seeking to hire an experienced Financial Advisor to join their expanding Leeds Office.

They have created a visionary growth plan and for this reason, they are seeking high calibre, driven and entrepreneurial individuals to help them implement this.

They are looking to establish a shared knowledge culture so you can assist with the development of enthusiastic Administrators & Paraplanners, who in return will support you.

They are already considered one of the "go-to" IFA Practices both regionally and across the UK; leveraging off their excellent reputation to work with well-known businesses and HWNI/ UHNWI.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage and prospect an existing book of business and ensure they are serviced with the utmost attention.
  • Conduct meetings with existing and new clients, either office-based or remotely/ via Teams/Zoom
  • Converting quality leads into new clients
  • Ensure you help clients understand their options, in order to help them achieve their financial goals
  • Analyse all information and prepare a plan that is designed to individual clients'

Experience

  • Experience gained in a highly regarded Regional or National Practice
  • Competent Adviser Status
  • 2 years experience as an Advisor/ Planner
  • Chartered or working towards Chartered (Desirable/ Not Essential)
