POSITION: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
SALARY: £25k basic plus uncapped commission (realistically £40k 1st year OTE, £60k 2nd year, £80k+ 3rd year)
Bonuses include holiday targets, monthly lunch clubs, and fast career progression.
My client has experienced huge success since its inception in 2009 and is continuing to grow out its business offering in local and international markets - to help with this they need to hire several excellent graduate recruitment consultants. Their consultants genuinely care about their client and candidate customers, and look to deliver a superior service that goes above and beyond expectation. They are a growing agency that require the same commitment and drive from new recruits in order to keep delivering and maintaining their exceptional results and standards.
My Client is looking to strengthen their resourcing and delivery capabilities, whilst maintaining their incredibly high standards in customer care. My Client operates a unique and bespoke search methodology, which all their Researchers and Consultants are fully trained in. GRADUATE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - THE JOB:
You will start as a candidate consultant, learning on the job and actively building your own desk, searching for candidates that matching your client s needs.
Recruitment is very much a sales role and a large part of your day as a graduate recruitment consultant will be spent on the phone negotiating with clients and candidates.
Every day could be long hours but hitting deadlines and targets will result in more income, more rewards and a better future for yourself.
GRADUATE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Exceptional candidates that have recently graduated from a top university with a 2:1 or higher
B2B sales experience is not essential but would be a distinct advantage
Hard working candidates that are money motivated and target driven
Must be able to demonstrate the following attributes through previous experiences:
Tenacity, ambition, determination, charisma, integrity, confidence and a desire to succeed in life quickly through a fast track career.
