A large Leisure and Sporting firm that operates in London but has international connections across the globe.


The Employee Relations Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with all ER matters such as - Disciplinaries, Grievances, Bullying and Harassment, Performance Management, Absence Management, Employment Law, Discrimination; Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Well-being; Contracts of Employment and Terms and Conditions of Employment
  • Supporting and challenging managers to adhere and implement HR policy
  • Building strong relationships with all employees
  • Acting as a first point of contact within the company
  • Maintaining complete confidentiality surrounding any ER cases that arise
  • Ensuring that all cases are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner


The successful candidate will:

  • Prior experience in a HR environment with knowledge on employee relations
  • Show the ability to solve problems and sensitive issues that arise
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to work within a firm that is fast paced
  • Have strong, recent knowledge on UK employment law

Job Offer

If successful, the Employee Relations Advisor will be offered:

  • A salary of £30,000 - £35,000
