Digitising Social Care - Implementation Support £250 Per day Inside IR35 6 months Fully remote working Job Summary We are looking for a skilled advocate for digital transformation whose focus is on making things better and easier for people with digital enablement. They will support the delivery of the Adult Social Care Digital Transformation programme, with a focus on ensuring that we do the right thing for our resident population and carers, people and communities as well as delivering a working environment which better enables our staff to deliver the best care, they can every day. Transformation programme. The postholder will be responsible for managing several complex work-streams within the programme across multiple ICS stakeholders; ensuring change is appropriately managed in line with the ICB programme management frameworks and delivered effectively and consistently. This will be achieved through utilisation of effective programme management methodologies, alongside other change management skills to engage with a range of internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities Act as the Implementation Support lead for the Adult Social Care Digital Transformation programme; including project management and coordination of all activities relating to the implementation of the programme deliverables. Support the Community Digital Health lead with the implementation of the complex programme of work, ensuring all controls are established and develop a clear programme delivery structure Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, across multiple organisations, internally and externally, to ensure the programme content reflects the views and requirements of stakeholders across partner organisations and within the wider health and care system plans Support the development and delivery of key workstreams within the programme by applying effective programme management tools, techniques, and expertise, aimed at achieving delivery of the agreed programme outcomes, including: To collaborate, develop and implement common project, programme management standards and associated tools and documentation, including project information systems, governance, benefits-led delivery planning, risk management and project reporting. To develop robust links with key programme and directorate stakeholders. To identify and manage key dependencies, both among organisational programmes and projects and on-going activities. To engage with all System stakeholders to identify and articulate the needs, ambition, and vision
