Customer Service Administrator Location: Desford, LE9 Salary: £22,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 hrs per week Full time, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Perm Vacancy Positions available: 2 Are you experienced in customer services over the telephone and email with the experience of dealing with quotations and processing orders on a large scale? Flowers Associates are looking for a customer service administrator to provide aftermarket parts support for over 400 worldwide dealers from the Parts Distribution centre based in Desford, LE9. The successful customer service administrator would be working as part of the customer service s team to ensure all queries are dealt with during the working day. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their customer service knowledge within a supportive and fast paced environment. The Role: The successful Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for the following duties: You would be responsible for liaising directly with the client s worldwide dealer network regarding all issues relating to aftermarket parts supply, from producing quotations and progressing orders through to production of specialist export documentation and the resolution of all dealer queries. Provide timely and accurate information to Dealers enquiries via email and telephone Raise quotations, process orders, organise transportation, complete export documentation and invoicing. Communicate with other departments including Technical Helpdesk, Purchasing, Warehouse operations and Finance to obtain the most up to date information. Support Dealers with access to the parts ordering system and provide training whenever necessary. Ensure all exporting regulations are adhered to and appropriate export documentation is completed correctly within specified timescales. Chase dealer back orders using daily back-order reports. Investigate credit requests on freight charges and pricing queries. Find creative solutions to Dealer supply issues. The ideal Candidate will: Previous experience in Supply Chain / Customer Services / Warehouse Management / Transportation management Previous experience within a business-to-business customer services department SAP experience would be a distinct advantage Excellent communication skills; verbal and written Strong IT and Microsoft Package skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc) Organise, prioritise, and manage your time well We are looking for a Can do Attitude , you are able to take ownership and accountability Full driving licence needed to travel to site Additional Information: 27 days holiday (based on full year) plus bank holidays Free onsite parking 17-minute drive from M1 Junction -minute drive from Leicester City Centre 15-minute drive from Hinckley Full driving licence needed to travel to site
