So, you're an administrator looking for a new challenge. How about an exciting role working on a military estate in support of our Army customers? You'll get to take charge over your responsibilities. Join a great team at Aspire Defence Services

To be successful in this role, previous experience managing or working in a conference space is an essential requirement. You should also have excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and spoken. This is because you'll be involved with liaising with several individuals interested in booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.

You'll need to be the kind of person that is practical and proactive, with the ability to show initiative and pay attention to detail. These skills will come in handy in your role as you will also supervise and oversee travel bookings and provide support when conference facilities are being used.

The conference hall can sometimes be a fast-paced environment, and so you'll have to develop a flexible approach to ensuring all health and safety requirements are met. However, you'll get constant support from your manager, with regular team meetings aimed at helping you achieve your full potential and continued training to help further develop your skills, so that when you're ready to move your career to the next level, you'll be prepared.

But first, meet the team

With a 35-year contract, making soldiers' lives better is at the heart of everything we do at Aspire Defence Services.

We're all about nurturing great teams, and our award-winning safety and wellbeing initiatives are built on keeping an eye out for one another and having a good work-life balance.
