Compliance AdministratorBased in Dunfermline, Hybrid working available£10 hourly + holiday payFull-time temporary position, up until ChristmasSearch Consultancy are currently looking to hire a Compliance Administrator to support our healthcare teams on a full-time basis up until Christmas. This position will be a varied and fast-paced role, well-suited to an experienced administrator with strong communication skills. The primary responsibility of the role will be ensuring that all workers have the right to work in the UK, are registered with a DBS check, and have certificates or relevant proof of qualifications required to perform available roles.
Duties involved in this role will include: Manage the pre-employment checking process which includes performing all relevant checks in a timely manner before expected start dates Manage the ongoing employment compliance process by following up on the renewal of various registrations Achieve appraisal objectives as defined in annual and bi-annual appraisals Proactively seek to mitigate any potential delays in processing candidate files Take part in the on-call rota as required Seek ways to improve speed and efficiency to reduce time to hire Conduct coordinating duties as required
Requirements: Prior experience working as an administrator, handling compliance Strong organisational and communication skills Able to effectively manage time and work under pressure Prior experience within recruitment would be greatly beneficial
