We are looking for a Client Solutions Consultant to join our Client Solutions team, who are the strategic sales arm of our business, managing initial outreach with clients across our full range of talent solutions and services. We are looking for an ambitious, driven B2B sales professional who is keen to progress their career, as we plan to develop this role into a Client Solutions Manager within 12-18 months. This role can be either fully remote in the UK, or on a hybrid basis with our Manchester or Altrincham offices, as part of a UK-wide remote team.

For this role, we are offering a basic salary of £28,000-£35,000 (dependent on experience), with on target bonus earnings up to £15,000. Additional benefits include up to 40 days off (25 days holiday plus bank holidays, an additional 4 "Re-Load" days off to use throughout the year, and a Christmas closedown) and a holiday purchase scheme. Summary of the Role

Using the best and latest tech, the aim of Client Solutions is to increase new customer acquisition within our core sectors.

We are looking for a Client Solutions Consultant who will be driven, innovative and above all have a passion for sales. You will be the first point of contact with target customers and your role will be critical in feeding the sales funnel.

Operating within the tech sector, you will be dealing with both inbound and outbound leads for Rullion Change Delivery, our SOW offering.

Rullion recently launched our Change Delivery service which means you will be working in an agile environment as we continue to learn, evolve and improve.

You will benefit from a content-led sales campaign that will go-live in September. This will engage our target customers and key buying stakeholders to build credibility and increase your chances of success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mapping the tech sector to identify relevant target customers and buying/influencing stakeholders
  • Generating and driving qualified leads forward into the sales process from the Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) stage through to the Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) stage
  • Creating a sales outreach plan to engage our target customers and buyers to create interest
  • Working with the Tech operational teams to identify networks and Evangelists to leverage within your sales plan
  • Using LinkedIn to build out your personal brand, and network and just be a general, constant presence promoting your authentic self, in line with Rullion's core values
  • Speaking to key stakeholders up to exec leave to identify the customer's problem statements and then present one of Rullion's products that we know can help alleviate that pain
  • Capturing and sharing market and customer insight to enable Rullion to enhance its proposition to remain relevant and competitive
  • Representing Rullion at its best

You will be given one-on-one mentoring to help you:

  • Review all communication (calls and emails) to enable learning and improvement
  • Adapt and evolve your pitch
  • Learn how to overcome new objections
  • Role play certain scenarios to practice your pitch (in a safe environment)
  • Talk in-depth about questioning strategies
  • Learn how the RCD product is evolving
  • Hear about the success stories which you can share with clients.
  • Discuss new technologies or cold outreach methods that have yielded good results
  • Talk about what isn't working, build coping mechanisms and mitigation strategies

Qualifications, skills & experience

  • Tech savvy attitude, with a desire to understand how the tech stack (including HubSpot, Cognism, Sales Navigator, and more) can drive and increase sales opportunities
  • Comfortable taking charge of the conversation, it is as important to qualify as it is to disqualify so aim to ask questions that are challenging and critical
  • Self-starter - you will be working remotely and must be able to manage your diary and workload
  • Resilient - sales is tough and you will hear no more than yes
