Overview:

Opportunity to work for the industry leading customer credit department for a top 20 Bank, with advancement opportunities both in the department and other functional areas of Commercial Services, CIT, and First Citizens Bank. This position is responsible for support the sales team during the internal & external SCF sales cycle (e.g. create presentations, marketing materials, supplier analysis & pitch, credit approval process etc.). You will also collaborate with internal & external SCF partners across the CIT network to oversee end-to-end execution needs, including implementation, credit approval process and contract management requirements. Also this role will support the sales team during the internal & external SCF sales cycle (e.g. create presentations, marketing materials, supplier analysis & pitch, credit approval process etc.).

Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilites:

Set up new buyers & suppliers in the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) application
Support the sales team during the internal & external SCF sales cycle (e.g. create presentations, marketing materials, supplier analysis & pitch, credit approval process etc.)
Lead the supplier engagement requirements to drive Supplier Onboarding & Discounting to ramp-up Program utilization
Collaborate with internal & external SCF partners across the CIT network to oversee end-to-end execution needs, including implementation, credit approval process and contract management requirements
Work with buyers and suppliers to collect all required legal documents & information for the onboarding process (e.g. KYC docs, Financial Information for Buyers, user information etc.)
Support the Legal Department to perfect a first lien on purchased assets
Drive successful client engagement with the Buyer's Treasury & Procurement organization
Review received Know Your Customer documentation and handle internal approval process
Stay current with key developments in the global Supply Chain Finance "SCF" market (e.g. new product features & changes, monitor competition etc.)
Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field or any degree with relevant professional experience
1 year Commercial Banking experience

Other Qualifications:

Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across business levels (both vertically and horizontally).
Ability to support multiple assignments and stakeholders, prioritize workload for self, and coordinate with teammates to meet deadlines.
Ability to organize data and exercise effective problem-solving skills.
Multi-lingual (Spanish, French or Chinese).
