Our Offer Capgemini Engineering is looking for OSS Business Analyst to join team working on cutting-edge technologies. Job Skills Good understanding of one or more OSS domains - Service fulfilment and Service assurance domains, namely Fault and Trouble Management, Service Orchestration, Service Provisioning, Order Management, Inventory and Resource Management, Network Performance Management, Geographic Information Systems based Assurance systems and reporting areas Good understanding of Telecom Networks and specially 4G, 5G NSA/SA, NBIoT networks . Experience with OSS solutions and processes and experience of working with Global Service Provider(s) and Telecom ISVs. Strong experience in Telecommunications Business Process Frameworks like eTOM and IT Service Management Frameworks Experience in business analysis, business process modelling, information models development, use cases etc. Expertise on standard tools for requirements & designing Strong analytical thinker Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently Strong stakeholder management Strong verbal and written communication skills Mandatory experience & skills - Requirements definition and management, Business process and data modelling, Demand management, Business situation analysis. Roles & Responsibilities Develop clear, complete and consistent requirements specifications to support implementation and transition to new ways of working Engage with stakeholders and relevant subject matter experts to identify, collate and understand the detailed business requirements behind an identified business problem or opportunity Attend and lead workshop sessions and agree functionality and specifications Assist and support OSS Solution Architect or OSS Domain / Cross-Domain Architect(s) and able to handle customer facing tasks and responsibilities Analyse and document current processes, workflows and information exchanges to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and/or effectiveness of service Analyse and interpret the impact of new requirements on business operations and design & document the new business processes needed Contribute to the development of business change plans Contribute to the production of high-level project plans and identify, assess and escalate project risks and issues as appropriate Create and maintain the repository of functional documentation related to key processes and the services they enable Investigates operational requirements, problems and opportunities, working with Service/Capability Owners to seek effective business solutions Assists stakeholders, SPMs and teams in the prioritization of epics, including enabler features (non-functional change) to ensure they add business value Contributes to the delivery teams backlog and the breaking down of epics into stories Develops detailed acceptance criteria for Epics with the stakeholders that are allocated to the Delivery Teams Involved in scaled agile activities including program increment planning, daily stand ups, retrospectives etc Clarifies and defines requirements in the Solutioning process Collaborates regularly with team members, users and customers.
