- Scheduling Planned Maintenance Visits with Major Clients and specific Service Engineers
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting Customer Relationships
- Scheduling Remedial and Corrective activity with Major Clients and specific Service Engineers
- Preparation of various activity Reports
- Liaising with Internal Departments relating to all Contract matters
- Preparation of KPI Reports
- Attending Contract Review Meetings and production of minutes for all Meetings
Knowledge & Experiences
- Previous administration experience
- Fantastic customer focus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organistion skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline driven environment
