Job Title: Sales Support Administrator Contract: Full Time, Permanent Location: North Leicester, Leicestershire Salary: £20,000-£25,000 The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment are currently working with a well-established international manufacturing business. Due to business demand and current growth plans, our client is looking to add an experienced Sales Support Administrator to their team on a full-time permanent basis. As a Sales Support Administrator, your daily responsibilities will include the below: - Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring that an outstanding service is delivered, and all clients expectations are achieved. - Raising and processing orders that come in either over phone or email in a timely manner to meet customer requirements, ensuring that order confirmation and invoices are forwarded to the relevant customers. - Answer incoming calls and provide effective resolution to customer queries and disputes - Arranging deliveries with customers where booking is required and tracking these through to successful delivery of orders. - Ensuring processed orders follow most up to date pricing and minimum order values / quantities to minimise errors. - Maintaining accurately updated spreadsheets with customer contact information, quotations and orders processed. - Providing additional administrative support to the wider Account Management and Sales team as and when required. The successful Sales Support Administrator will have previous experience either in an Accounts, Sales or Order Processing position. You will need to be confident building rapport at all levels and demonstrate clear and effective communication skills both verbal and written. You must have previous experience using all Microsoft Packages and have some knowledge of using Excel to input additional data/information. This position is very fast paced and demanding, and no two days are the same, so it is important that you can be adaptable and prioritize key tasks when working under pressure.
