Adecco Chester is recruiting for our luxury travel client, they need an excellent Sales Support Administrator at their Retail Establishment in the centre of Chester.
Pay: £10 per hour
37.5 hours per week
Temp for 12 weeks+ with the possibility of a permanentopportunity for the right candidate.
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
If the right candidate is taken on permanently you would be required to work 2:4 Saturdays which are fairly rota'd months in advance. You gain a day back off in the week for working this.
Their sales team require support with admin tasks during their busy period, ideal candidates will be friendly, personable with a good phone manner and excellent admin skills.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills both written and over the phone.
This is not a sales position, the role is a Sales Support role with the retail premises to support the sales staff in managing and matching invoices, confirming customers travel seating and assisting with After Sales Care.
You will be asked to complete general administrative tasks, as well as sorting brochures and supporting the senior management team with their work.
Attention to detail is paramount, confidence in approaching customers to fulfil their needs and a drive to learn is key.
